Accessibility Statement

Last updated: October 2026

Whitefrequency Tree Service wants whitefrequency.garden to work for everyone, including people with disabilities. This statement describes how we approach that. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Our Goal

We want as many people as possible to be able to use this site. We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, a widely used standard for accessible websites.

Steps We Take

To help with access, we aim to:

  • Use clear headings and a sensible page order
  • Add text descriptions to images that carry meaning
  • Keep text easy to read with strong color contrast
  • Let people get around the site with a keyboard alone
  • Build pages that fit phones, tablets and computers
  • Use plain, simple wording
  • Label every form field clearly

Where We Fall Short

Some parts of this site may not fully meet these standards yet. Material from outside sources, such as embedded tools, may be beyond our control. We look over the site from time to time and fix problems as we find them.

Other Ways to Get Help

If a part of this site is hard to use, you can still get help. Request a callback to speak with a provider, or email contact@whitefrequency.garden and we will do our part to assist.

Tell Us What You Found

We welcome your thoughts on how accessible this site is. Email contact@whitefrequency.garden and let us know:

  • Which page or feature gave you trouble
  • What happened and what you expected
  • The browser, device or assistive technology you used, if you know

We read each message and aim to reply within a few business days.

Always Improving

Accessibility is never finished. As we update this site, we will keep it in mind and keep making things better.
